What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit. They enable the website to recognize your device, remember your preferences, log activity, and improve performance and security.

We may also use HTML5 local storage, pixels, tags, and SDKs; for simplicity we refer to all of these as “cookies.”

How we classify cookies

With the help of our consent-management platform (Osano), every cookie on this Site is assigned to one of the categories below. The lawful basis for each category is indicated in brackets for the EU/UK (GDPR), Singapore (PDPA), India (DPDP), and China (PIPL).

Your choices: Osano preference center

Regional disclosures

United States

• Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the banner or footer to opt out of Advertising & Targeting cookies.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

European Economic Area & United Kingdom

• You have the right to withdraw consent, request access, erasure, restriction, and portability of personal data collected through cookies, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• Some service providers are located outside the EEA/UK. We rely on approved Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers.

Singapore & India

• You may request access to or correction of personal data derived from cookies via datainquires@jumptrading.com.
• International transfers, if any, are protected by contractual safeguards consistent with PDPA and DPDP requirements.

Mainland China

• By selecting “Accept All” in the consent banner, you agree that we may place non-essential cookies and, where applicable, transfer related personal information outside China to countries that may not offer the same level of protection.
• We implement security measures approved under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and, where necessary, conduct security-impact assessments or sign standard contracts.

Retention

We retain cookie-derived personal data for no longer than the cookie’s lifespan shown in the Osano list or for as long as required to achieve the stated purpose, unless a longer period is mandated by law or required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Automated Decisions

Additional issues

Server-side logs
In addition to cookies, our servers automatically record log files (IP address, browser type, referring URL, date/time stamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. Log files are stored for no longer than XX days unless a longer period is required to investigate suspicious activity.

Social Media Plug-ins
Our Site may include social-media buttons or embedded widgets—such as the Facebook “Like,” LinkedIn “Share,” X/Twitter “Tweet,” YouTube player, or Instagram feed (collectively, “Plug-ins”). When these features are present, the relevant platform may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device even if you do not actively click the button.
