Each year, Jump supports a select group of students with travel grants to attend top conferences worldwide. These grants are designed to remove financial barriers for exceptional researchers and give them access to the ideas, people, and conversations that are shaping the field.

From keynote sessions to poster halls and workshops, you’ll have access to it all.
Events
Get face time that goes beyond the hallway, including private meetings and exclusive Jump-hosted events.
Round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations are fully covered.

We provide a daily food stipend, Uber or taxi coverage to/from the airport, hotel, and conference venue.
Conference grant questions, answered clearly
We support students in STEM fields who are serious about research and engaged with the broader ML community. While most grants go to PhD candidates, we also consider other advanced degree students with strong academic and research backgrounds.
There are no strict requirements for GPA, publication history, or awards. We are looking for students who demonstrate curiosity, independence, and depth of thinking.

Yes. However, we typically award grants to PhD candidates due to the level of research engagement and nature of the conferences.
At this time, the program is invitation-only. Selection depends on the conference location, visa eligibility, and our existing relationships with students and universities.
The grant includes a full access badge to the main conference, round-trip travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation (including daily commutes and airport transfers), and a daily food stipend based on regional guidelines.
